Our Staff carries out its work with passion and commitment and is always available for information, suggestions or assistance. The Reception is open from 8 to 20 but we are always available for any eventuality even when it is closed.

My mother and I recently stayed at the Nuovo Albergo and stayed in a room with a shared bathroom. The hotel was centrally located and immaculately clean. Though it is in a busy area, the windows are double paned and no sound comes through. Despite sharing a bathroom, there were so many bathrooms with showers that we never had to wait. Many rooms have a shared door, which means that you can hear your neighbours. After discussing this with the staff the following day, they did everything they could to place us in a room with no shared door. They were incredibly helpful and took our requests seriously. The breakfasts were very good and offered many options and beverages. It was a very pleasant stay and we would come back again.
